Our Review of Registry Mechanic 7:

Registry Mechanic 7 is a multi-awarded registry cleaner program so we had high hopes for this product during our review… and it didn’t disappoint.

Installing the application was fast and easy and launching the app the first time prompted it to do a full system scan. In just a few SECONDS, it managed to find 383 problems on a PC that we felt was already optimized! For this review, we actually deliberately ‘messed up’ a previously installed software on our test PC to see if Registry Mechanic would pick it up. IT DID.

The errors found by the performance scan are arranged in sections (e.g., Shared DLLs, Virtual Devices, Registry Integrity, etc.), making it easy for the user to decide which errors should be fixed (or you can just as easily select them all and have Registry Mechanic take care of them).

Users will also appreciate the nice interface, making the tool relatively extremely easy to use. Plus, Registry Mechanic 7 also includes a System Optimizer feature now, form which you can defrag your PC and tweak other PC settings. Our only gripe with Registry Mechanic is that it doesn’t have a 64-bit compatible version!
