TUL Corporation released PowerColor PCS HD4850 2GB, the world’s first 2GB graphics card.

The power-packed chipset awed both computer enthusiasts and the media during the company’s HD4800 campaign series.

The new graphics card is based on an RV770 core chip. It has 800 stream processors and 2GB or GDDR3 high-speed memory. Thru this, the hardware is able to answer the requirements of the most intense 3D games, video operations and other programs.

PowerColor PCS HD4850 2GB allows the existence of an ultra fast memory bandwidth. It can fulfill high video memory requests of high-end games and deliver high throughput for interactive visualizations. This is something that other graphics cards can only dream about.

Another breakthrough that comes with the new video card is the PowerColor PCS solution. This solution banks on a unique fan control technology that detects the temperature automatically. The fan has the ability to respond to core temperature by adjusting its speed. This allows for an even better graphics card performance, allowing a fully enjoyable HD experience.
