OCZ Technology released the new Illuminati Backlit keyboard under the Alchemy line.

One look and you will know that the keyboard is not your ordinary pad. It is sleek, function and well, gorgeous. It boasts a backlit effect that is not entirely a common feature in desktop keyboards. The keyboard also has ergonomic features and other functions, so you can easily say that it’s more than just a keyboard.

Ryan Edwards, Director of Product Management boasted that the Illuminati Backlit keyboard is more than meets the eye. “The Illuminati Keyboard offers multimedia consumers a host of features including rubber coated keys for comfort while both working and gaming, fourteen quick launch keys to better access to multimedia, and the choice of two backlit colors making it easier to make full use of the keyboard in low light environments,” he said.

The keyboard also features 14 different hotkeys that has multimedia extensions. It can be used to manage your music, web, and video applications, giving you a full one touch button control over standard computer programs.

The backlit can either be in red or blue, allowing you to customize your keyboard. Illuminati Backlit keyboard is compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista.
