Apple began offering this very fancy gift option just a day ago. The gift cards are now available between US$25-$2500 denominations. They are now on sale on Apple’s official online store and even small retail sites and locations.

The gift cards need only to be brought in Apple retail store to redeem its equivalent Apple product, with the highest of course an iPhone 3G. This is far better than boxing the precious electronic gadget.

Apple’s iPhone 3G currently tops the list of the most popular smart phones in the world. Even after few months since its initial release, buyers from everywhere still rush to get themselves a piece of this hardware, needless to say, iPhone 3G could be on the holiday wish list of people close to you.
