Buffalo Technology introduced its Linkstation Mini, a revolutionary 1 terabyte external storage device that is just a size of your palm.

The storage device measures 1.6 by 3.2 by 5.3 inches. It is also lightweight and weighs over a pound.
Linkstation Mini is actually a dual-drive NAS box. It has two 500GB 2.5 in drive in RAID 0 or RAID 1 for the 1TB version. It supports 10/100/1000 Ethernet LAN which greatly improves its connectivity. Because of its size, it can easily fit your wallet.

What comes bundled with the purchase of this storage device is the Buffalo NAS Navigator software. Installation is easy as there is an easy guide that also comes with it. Integration of the device into your desktop storage and system is also easy.

The product also comes with software for easy backup. This is Memeo backup software. After installation, you can immediately choose to back up your files or configure it to make file sharing a breeze. Memeo has a number of backup options, so if you find a pop-up window annoying you during work hours, you can always choose to configure it your way.

The company is yet to announce its price.
